Journey

Finding A Healthier Rhythm

A journey from a 92 KG starting point toward a 68 KG milestone, built through movement, daily attention, patient tracking, and a more sustainable rhythm.

92 KG

The journey began at 92 KG, with the discomfort of seeing clearly where I was starting from.

The Practice Between

The visible milestones were separated by ordinary sessions: returning to the same movements, paying attention to form, and continuing on days when motivation felt less dramatic than the goal.

A training room can look almost empty before the work begins. That quiet became useful. It made progress feel less like a performance and more like a rhythm that could be repeated.

Some records were almost incidental: a half-seen reflection beside the heavy bag, the shoes resting between sets, an empty floor waiting for movement. Together they remember the ordinary hours that numbers alone leave out.

Not every training record needs to show the whole figure; sometimes the room keeps the memory.

68 KG

68 KG became the visible milestone, but the deeper change was learning how discipline feels in daily life.
